Leonidas Sports Gala: An evening that always stays unforgettable

For more than 15 years, Gassner – House of Fine Catering has been a proud catering partner of the Leonidas Sports Gala. For us, this event is far more than just another date in the calendar – it is a special evening every year where our company credo, “one family, one team,” truly comes to life.

When the doors of the gala open, around 70 team members are already in place. We receive tremendous support from all businesses within Gassner Gastronomie. Service, kitchen, logistics and organization work hand in hand to ensure that an evening for up to 800 guests runs smoothly and at the highest level. Every individual contribution matters – and that is exactly what makes this large-scale event so special for us.

Each year, our kitchen team creates a selection of special dishes for the Leonidas Sports Gala that impress not only with their taste but also with their presentation. Precise planning, perfect timing and great passion ensure that all guests can enjoy a memorable culinary experience.

Of course, an event of this size also brings organizational challenges. From detailed preparation and the coordination of all processes to the final plate leaving the kitchen, everything must be perfectly aligned for this distinguished audience. Yet it is precisely this dynamic that makes the event so exciting.

For many of our employees, the Leonidas Sports Gala is therefore a unique experience every year. It strengthens the sense of unity within our team and demonstrates what can be achieved when everyone works together towards a common goal.
